
Dr. Kristina Dobyns, PhD, MS, RSMT, NTP, is an integrative recovery expert and founder of Beyond Binge Eating, helping women break free from binge eating, food addiction, and compulsive eating. A Registered Somatic Movement Therapist and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, she brings training in Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention, Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness, Mindfulness-Oriented Recovery Enhancement, and embodiment modalities to her innovative, integrative approach to recovery. In her spare time, she enjoys giving her mini goldendoodle unreasonably stylish haircuts.

We will practice together in real time a guided mindful-eating practice with 3 bites. You will walk away with a felt sense of what “eating with awareness” actually feels like. We will also have time for reflective journaling prompts and group sharing.
