Course Summary

This is a replay of Sophie Rolland's presentation at the Sweet Sobriety Meet Up in October 2023 (Toronto)

Sophie holds a Master's degree in Neuroscience from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Montreal and is currently completing her master's degree in nutrition at the Faculty of Medicine of Laval University. She is also clinical director of Clinique Reversa.

Passionate about science, she is also a contributor and co-author of several best-selling books such as The Big Book of Fasting, Reversing Overweight and Type 2 Diabetes Using Reversa's Ketogenic Protocol, and Losing Weight by Eating Meat. fat volume 3.

Sophie also holds a certification from the American Nutrition Association on the basics and advanced concepts of the ketogenic diet. She is also the proud mom of four children, three of whom have been fully ketogenic for over five years. She adopted the ketogenic diet in 2018, which significantly improved her chronic anxiety as well as the attention deficit disorder (ADD) of her three boys.
